CriusAfter switching to Gemini, all user queries are saved in the activity section, and chats reviewed by moderators can be stored for up to three years. Even after deleting your history, some data may remain inaccessible to the user but is still retained by Google.
CriusGoogle will begin gradually disabling Google Assistant on Android devices starting September 4, 2026, replacing it with Gemini. After the update, it will not be possible to revert to the previous service, except for devices and regions where Gemini is unavailable.
