Coffee and tea linked to lower risk of dementia
Moderate consumption of coffee or tea is associated with a lower risk of dementia and a slower decline in cognitive function with age, according to a large-scale study. The greatest benefit was observed in those who drank 2–3 cups of coffee or 1–2 cups of tea per day.
