TCL has unveiled two new X3B series OLED monitors in China, featuring high brightness, refresh rates up to 480 Hz, and enhanced capabilities for gaming and work. These new models are positioned as an affordable alternative to the Apple Studio Display and will soon be available on the international market.

TCL has unveiled two new premium monitors from the X3B OLED+ series in China. The 27X3B model is positioned as a more affordable alternative to the 27-inch Apple Studio Display.
Comparison with Apple Studio Display
The Apple Studio Display features an IPS panel with a resolution of 5120×2880 pixels, a brightness of 600 nits, and a 60 Hz refresh rate. The starting price for this monitor is $1,539.
TCL 27X3B Specifications
The TCL 27X3B is equipped with a Tandem WOLED display offering peak brightness of 1,500 nits. The refresh rate reaches up to 280 Hz, and the screen resolution is QHD. For improved visibility, it uses a low-reflection coating, and the DCI-P3 color gamut covers 99.5%. The monitor comes with a built-in audio system tuned by B&O and supports "fast frame" technology to minimize latency. The device’s design closely resembles that of the Apple Studio Display.
Features of TCL 32X3B OLED+
The 32-inch 32X3B OLED+ model also uses a Tandem WOLED panel and supports a 480 Hz refresh rate at FHD resolution, making it ideal for esports gaming. At 240 Hz, the resolution increases to UHD. Peak brightness remains at 1,500 nits, with a low-reflection coating and 99.5% DCI-P3 color coverage. This model also features an expanded port configuration, including a 90W USB-C port.
Pricing and Availability
The TCL 27X3B is priced at 3,699 yuan (approximately $546), while the 32X3B is available for 6,499 yuan (about $959). The new OLED monitors are expected to be available not only in China but also on the international market.
