Vivo has announced major camera updates for several of its flagship smartphones. Over the summer, new features will become available for the X200, X300, and X Fold series, including the X200 Ultra and X300 Ultra models.
The company has introduced the next phase of camera updates for both current and previous flagship devices. In May, new camera capabilities were added to the X300s and X300 Ultra models. For comparison, the X300 Ultra was previously tested to evaluate its performance against the previous model, as well as the Oppo Find X9 Pro, Xiaomi 17 Ultra, and Galaxy S26 Ultra.
Last month, new camera styles were rolled out for the X300, X300 Pro, and the earlier X200 Ultra, similar to the latest features found on the iPhone. It has been confirmed that the Blueprint Colour Palette feature will be available for the X200, X200 Pro, X200s, and X200 Pro mini in July.
This feature was initially introduced in April on the X300, X300 Pro, and X200 Ultra. In August, new image watermarks are planned for eight smartphone models, including the X Fold5. The list of supported devices includes:
- X200
- X200 Pro
- X200 Pro mini
- X200s
- X200 Ultra
- X300
- X300 Pro
- X Fold5
The latest update plan also introduces the 4K Ultra HD Live feature, which will become available in August. This will allow users to view Live Photos in 4K resolution on the X300, X300s, X300 Pro, X300 Ultra, and X200 Ultra devices. At this time, it is not specified whether these features will be included in the global version of OriginOS.
