Introduction
AILINCOM is a social ecosystem that unites users, communities, and businesses for knowledge sharing, interaction, and expertise monetization. The platform enables communication with digital avatars of specialists without distracting the experts themselves; digital avatars function as independent entities and are proactively updated based on current events (e.g., changes in legislation), ensuring the relevance of responses.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the AILINCOM website, mobile applications, and related services; by accessing or using them, you confirm your agreement to the Terms and your legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, refrain from using the platform.
User Obligations
By using AILINCOM, you agree to comply with these obligations to ensure a safe and fair ecosystem.
You must:
Access and use the platform only with full agreement to these Terms.
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and while using the Services.
Use only those payment methods and wallets that you are authorized to use.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials; you are responsible for all actions taken on your behalf.
Immediately report any unauthorized access or security breaches of your account or associated wallets to safety@ailincom.com.
You are prohibited from:
Accessing, modifying, or using non-public areas of the platform, internal systems, content repositories, digital avatar models, or any part of the AILINCOM infrastructure.
Disabling, interfering with, or bypassing security features, authentication mechanisms, billing limits, or anti-spam/anti-bot systems.
Copying, modifying, decompiling, reverse engineering, or attempting to extract the source code of the platform, AI models, or Services.
Using unauthorized automated tools (scrapers, crawlers) to access, crawl, or interact with the platform outside of official web clients, applications, or documented APIs.
Impersonating AILINCOM or sending misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent messages, including on behalf of digital avatars/communities.
Interfering with or disrupting the operation of other users, digital avatars, communities, hosts, or networks, including spam, DDoS/overload, exploitation of vulnerabilities, metric manipulation, royalty farming, or unauthorized interference with contracts.
Posting or distributing content that violates the law, third-party rights, or intellectual property, or bypassing access and licensing restrictions.
Ownership of Content and Licensing
As an organization or user of AILINCOM, you retain full ownership of any content you create and upload, including digital avatars, prompts, datasets, courses, materials, videos, texts, images, and other media ("User Content"). AILINCOM does not claim ownership of your content. AILINCOM License
By posting content on AILINCOM, you grant a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute your content through any means and formats (current and future), including display within digital avatar interfaces and communities.
This allows AILINCOM to:
Promote and distribute your content on the platform and in marketing activities.
Enable users and digital avatars to access, view, and interact with your content.
Distribute content through partners, affiliated services, media platforms, and documented APIs for advertising and integration purposes.
User-Submitted Content
By submitting comments, feedback, questions, bug reports, suggestions, and ideas, you grant AILINCOM the right to use, edit, and distribute such materials for product development, analytics, model training, marketing, and other business purposes without compensation.
Removal and Moderation
AILINCOM may remove, restrict, or modify User Content that violates these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, third-party rights, or the law, as well as in cases of security threats, spam, or metric manipulation.
Representations and Warranties
By posting content on AILINCOM, you represent and warrant that:
You possess all rights and authority to grant the licenses specified above.
You do not upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights, privacy, or other third-party rights.
You understand that AILINCOM is not obligated to protect your rights from third-party actions. Monitoring and preventing violations remain your responsibility.
Ownership of the AILINCOM Platform and Services
All rights, title, and interest in and to the AILINCOM platform and services, including the website, applications (current and future), interfaces, APIs, databases, AI models, code, design, logos, domain names, and content created by employees or licensors (excluding User Content), belong exclusively to AILINCOM and its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use the trade name, trademarks, logos, domain names, or other distinctive brand elements of AILINCOM. You are prohibited from altering, modifying, or using any of these materials without express permission.
User Content and Licenses
You retain your rights to your User Content as set forth in the "Ownership of Content and Licensing" section. By posting content, you grant AILINCOM a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, distribute, and promote such content within the Services and integrations (including digital avatars, communities, and partner channels).
Access to AILINCOM Content
Access to AILINCOM content (content of the company, partners, and licensors) is granted solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, including viewing, learning, and limited downloading where expressly permitted by the interface. Republication, distribution, sublicensing, source code extraction, commercial use, or creation of derivative materials are prohibited without the express permission of AILINCOM and/or the rights holders.
Feedback and Suggestions
Any feedback, suggestions, or comments regarding the platform are provided by you voluntarily. AILINCOM may freely use, modify, and implement them without any obligations or compensation to you.
Respect for Intellectual Property Rights
AILINCOM respects the intellectual property rights of users, creators, and third parties. You agree to comply with applicable copyright, neighboring rights, and trademark laws. Unauthorized use or violations may result in content removal, restriction of functionality, suspension or termination of access, as well as notification to rights holders and regulatory authorities.
AILINCOM's Rights and Their Enforcement
Account Closure and Restriction AILINCOM may suspend, restrict, or delete accounts in the event of violations of these Terms, content/security policies, or the law, including:
Illegal activity, infringement of intellectual property rights and third-party rights.
Manipulation of the platform, metrics, or monetization mechanisms.
Bypassing access restrictions, attacking actions, spam, API abuse.
Targeted restrictions of functions, roles, and access may be applied.
Legal Measures AILINCOM has the right to take legal action, including notifying law enforcement authorities, claiming damages, seeking injunctions, and other protective measures within the limits of applicable law.
Feedback and Suggestions By submitting feedback and ideas, you do so voluntarily; AILINCOM has the right to freely use, modify, and implement them without any obligations or compensation.
Disclaimer and Indemnification You bear full responsibility for your use of the platform, the security of your devices, networks, account, and keys/seed phrases. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AILINCOM, its affiliates, employees, agents, contractors, licensors/licensees, suppliers, and successors from any damages, claims, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms/the law. You waive any claims against AILINCOM in connection with actions taken during internal investigations or in response to requests from authorities.
Third-Party Links and Content
AILINCOM may contain links to websites, services, wallets, dApps, APIs, and content of third parties that are not owned or controlled by AILINCOM. Such links are provided for convenience and informational purposes; we do not endorse or guarantee their content or practices.
By following third-party links and integrations, you do so at your own risk. AILINCOM shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or other consequences arising from accessing or using third-party resources. Before interacting with them, review their terms and privacy/security policies.
Limitation of Liability, Disclaimer of Warranties, and Indemnification
Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, AILINCOM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, data, use, or goodwill arising out of: A. your access/use of the Services or inability to access/use them; B. the conduct or content of any person other than AILINCOM; C. unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content/information; D. any other matters related to the Services. AILINCOM's total liability under all claims shall not exceed 100 USD or the amount of payments you have paid to AILINCOM for paid services during the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
Disclaimer of Warranties The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AILINCOM does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content or materials.
Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AILINCOM, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: A. your use or misuse of the Services; B. your violation of these Terms or applicable law; C. any content you post or transmit through the platform; D. any claim by a third party alleging infringement of intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
Statute of Limitations Any claim arising out of or related to the platform or Services must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose; after that period, the claim is forever barred.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
General Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Dispute Jurisdiction (Kazakhstan) All disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, primarily at the place of registration of AILINCOM (Astana/Almaty — to be specified in local details). You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
European Union and United Kingdom For users from the EU/UK: These Terms are governed by the laws of the user's respective country/region to the extent of mandatory consumer protection rules; disputes shall be heard in the courts of that country/region or, in the absence of mandatory rules, in the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan under Section 8.2.
Russia For users from the Russian Federation: mandatory provisions of Russian consumer protection laws apply; other matters are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes shall be heard in the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Section 8.2) or in the courts of the Russian Federation if expressly required by mandatory Russian rules.
CIS Countries For users from the CIS countries (Kazakhstan, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Moldova, Georgia): mandatory consumer protection provisions of the user's country apply; otherwise, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan apply, unless local rules require otherwise.
Asia
Singapore/Southeast Asia: In the absence of mandatory local law provisions, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan apply; where mandatory provisions exist, they shall prevail.
Hong Kong, UAE (DIFC/ADGM), and other Asian countries: mandatory provisions of the relevant jurisdiction apply; otherwise, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan apply.
Small Claims Court You have the right to bring claims that fall within the jurisdiction of small claims courts in your country of residence, if permitted by local law; otherwise, the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall have jurisdiction.
Priority of Local Terms If local terms of AILINCOM for your country establish a different governing law and/or forum, such terms shall prevail over the provisions above.
Accounts
Account Creation and Responsibility Access to certain features requires an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for all actions taken through your account, including any transactions carried out using your credentials, keys, and/or wallets.
Account Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, keys, seed phrases, and access tokens. If you suspect any unauthorized access, you must immediately notify AILINCOM. We are not liable for any losses resulting from compromise that occurs through your fault or beyond AILINCOM's control.
Age Requirement You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. Individuals under 18 but who have reached the minimum age required for online services in their jurisdiction may use the service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
Sharing and Transfer Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared. Any transfer of access to digital avatars/communities, licenses, or rights is prohibited without express permission and compliance with applicable conditions.
Account Closure You may close your account at any time through the settings. AILINCOM may suspend or delete accounts in cases of violations, fraud, security threats, or API abuse. Closing your account does not nullify any existing obligations or licenses.
Access to Content and Licensing
License to Access Upon purchasing or viewing content on AILINCOM, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use through the platform and/or official applications/API. Content is licensed, not sold; transfer or resale is prohibited.
Prohibited Use You are prohibited from:
Reproducing, distributing, transmitting, selling, broadcasting, renting, sharing, lending, modifying, adapting, editing, or creating derivative works.
Providing or sublicensing access to third parties, bypassing access restrictions or metrics.
Using content for commercial purposes without the permission of the rights holder and AILINCOM. Violations will result in restriction/deletion of your account and revocation of licenses.
Access and Removal Generally, long-term access to purchased content is provided, but AILINCOM may revoke such access for legal, licensing, or policy reasons (including IP complaints, rule violations, removal of content/digital avatars). Long-term access does not apply to subscriptions, service features, digital avatars, API credits, or other additional services.
Creator/Instructor Content Creators grant AILINCOM a license to provide their content to users within the Services. Any direct license granted by creators to users outside of AILINCOM's mechanisms without prior agreement shall be considered invalid under these Terms.
Payments, Pricing, and Subscriptions
Pricing Prices for content, digital avatars, communities, and services are determined by AILINCOM's policy, creators, and applicable promotions. The final price is fixed at the time of order placement. Payments may be charged in US dollars, tenge, or other supported currencies; taxes (VAT, etc.) may be included in the price or added at checkout in accordance with local law.
Payments By making a purchase, you confirm the validity of your payment method and authorize our providers to process the payment. In the event of an unsuccessful transaction where access has already been granted, you are obligated to complete payment within 30 days after notice; otherwise, access may be restricted. Payouts to creators are made in their chosen supported currencies.
Subscriptions Certain content and features (including access to digital avatars, API credits, models, and communities) are provided on a subscription basis with a limited, non-transferable license for the duration of the plan. Access terminates upon cancellation or expiration of the subscription. The composition and scope of content/features within plans may be updated or removed for legal, licensing, or commercial reasons; some features are provided by third parties under their own terms.
Refunds
Subscriptions: Pro-rated or full refunds may be available according to the specific plan's policy and the deadlines stated at the time of purchase; after the service period has begun, refunds may be limited.
One-time purchases of digital content / access to digital avatars: Generally non-refundable, except as required by law or where explicitly stated in the refund policy of the offer.
In-person/hybrid events: Refunds are governed by the deadlines and terms set forth in the offer. AILINCOM may deduct processing fees and provider charges when issuing refunds.
Promo Codes and Gift Codes Promo and gift codes/credits are valid within the specified time periods, territories, products, and restrictions, are not exchangeable for cash except as required by law, and may not be combined unless otherwise stated.
Price Adjustments AILINCOM may change prices and subscription plans. For active subscriptions, we will provide advance notice before new prices take effect; if you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date of the change.

Payments
You confirm the validity of your payment method and authorize providers to process the payment.
In the event of an unsuccessful transaction where access has already been granted, payment must be completed within 30 days after notice; otherwise, access will be restricted.
Payouts to creators are made in supported currencies according to the rules of payment systems.
Subscriptions
Access to content, digital avatars, models, communities, and API credits is provided on a subscription basis with a limited, non-transferable license for the duration of the plan.
Access terminates upon cancellation or expiration of the subscription. The composition and scope of features/content may change for legal, licensing, or commercial reasons; some features are provided by third parties under their own terms.
Interaction with Digital Avatars and Token Consumption
AILINCOM digital avatars may use external language models and AI services with billing based on tokens/requests/time.
The cost depends on the model, provider, context length, and digital avatar settings; rates and limits are specified in the interface/offer.
Payment is deducted from: (a) your balance/subscription/credits; (b) the community/organization budget.
Exceeding limits will result in restricted requests, shortened responses, or suspension until top-up.
LLM provider fees and network fees are non-refundable. Provider failures or outages may not be compensated if the request was billed.
Creators of digital avatars may set markups/royalties on top of the base cost.
In corporate/team plans, administrators manage quotas, budgets, and deduction sources; participant actions consume limits according to policies.
Refunds
Subscriptions: Full or partial refunds may be available within the plan's policy and specified deadlines; after the service period has begun, refunds may be limited.
One-time purchases of digital content / access to digital avatars — generally non-refundable, except as required by law or the offer's refund policy.
In-person/hybrid events — governed by the terms of the specific offer. Provider fees may be withheld when issuing refunds.
Promo Codes and Gift Codes
Valid within the specified time periods, regions, products, and restrictions; not exchangeable for cash except as required by law; not combinable unless otherwise stated.
Price Adjustments
AILINCOM may change prices and rates. For active subscriptions — advance notice will be provided; those who disagree may cancel their subscription before the effective date of the changes.
Generative AI Terms for AILINCOM
Content You Provide and Create Using AILINCOM's GenAI features, you may upload or input content ("Your Content"), which is processed to generate outputs ("Generated Results"). You retain ownership of Your Content and grant AILINCOM the necessary non-exclusive license to process it for the purpose of providing GenAI services, ensuring security, logging, and improving service quality within the privacy settings. For the Generated Results, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for personal, educational, or platform-related use. If results are generated by creators' digital avatars, additional licensing terms and royalties may apply.
Not Used for Model Training By default, AILINCOM does not use your personal data or uploaded content to train or fine-tune underlying AI models. If this practice changes, we will ensure a legal basis (e.g., your consent), notify you, and provide you with control over the use of your data.
Restrictions on Use of GenAI Features You are prohibited from:
Using GenAI and Generated Results in violation of these Terms or the law.
Presenting Generated Results as human-created without disclosing the involvement of AI when required.
Inputting personal or confidential data without proper consent and legal basis.
Misleading, harassing, or harming individuals or groups, or generating unlawful or harmful content.
Automatically extracting data from GenAI without a permitted API.
Developing competing models or services using AILINCOM's data or services, or circumventing technical restrictions and security measures.
Relying on Generated Results to make critical decisions (finance, healthcare, employment, law, etc.) without human review and independent validation.
Infringing upon intellectual property rights and source licenses.
Disclaimer for GenAI GenAI services are provided "as is" and "as available." AILINCOM does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, uniqueness, or suitability of the results; hallucinations, biases, and errors may occur. You are responsible for verifying the results before use, particularly in regulated or critical contexts. Identical or similar results may be obtained by other users. AILINCOM may modify, suspend, or terminate access to GenAI at any time at its sole discretion. These provisions supplement the general AILINCOM Terms and disclaimers.
